Fasting extends beyond the physical to include abstaining from smoking, gossiping, and other behaviors that detract from spiritual growth. To support our guests in observing Sahur, the pre-dawn meal, Ambong Pool Villas offers a special service where guests can request their Sahur the night before, allowing them to enjoy it in the privacy of their villa at their convenience in the morning.
A Festive Atmosphere
The anticipation of Eid brings a festive atmosphere to Langkawi, with bazaars popping up, offering festive clothes, snacks, and various items, peaking two weeks before Ramadan ends. The largest bazaar in Langkawi is found in Kuah, buzzing with activity and color, providing a glimpse into the local celebration and preparation for Eid.
Iftar at Rimba
From March 15th to April 8th, 2024, Rimba restaurant at Ambong Pool Villas presents two exquisite dining options for guests and visitors to break their fast:
Hidangan Hening Senja: Available Sunday to Thursday, this weekday hidang sharing set menu is priced at MYR 180 per couple, subject to a 10% service charge, offering a serene and intimate iftar experience.
Dari Dapur Rimba: On weekends, Friday and Saturday, indulge in a buffet dinner at MYR 150 per person, subject to a 10% service charge, featuring a wide array of flavorsome feasts that celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Ramadan.

Eid Celebrations Far from Home
For those celebrating Eid far from home or travelers eager to experience new cultures and cuisines, Ambong Pool Villas extends a warm invitation to our Eid feast on April 10th and 11th, from 1 PM to 9:30 PM. The Set Sajian Warisan, priced at RM 95 per person (subject to a 10% service charge), promises a memorable dining experience that pays homage to the rich tapestry of Eid traditions.
